Another hybrid class specially created for the men of NWY, you will experience elements of Tai Chi and energy movement through the body, as well as a unique vinyasa flow, seamless blending pranayama (breathwork) and asana (postures). Whether you are a professional athlete or just getting started on your path, this class leads to a healthier, happier you!
