CrossTrain is a full body strength & conditioning class that focuses on constantly varied, functional movements which are executed at high intensity. Execute sets of primary lifts and strength exercises followed by a fun motivation workout. Perfect for beginners at the start of their fitness journey, individuals returning to fitness after a break, or those looking for full body workouts throughout the week. CrossTrain allows athletes of varied skill and strength to complete the same program. Anatomical focuses are balanced each day in this 5-day a week progression. WODs ("Workout of the Day") are programmed with movements that correspond with each day's anatomical theme. You will never be asked to lift weights beyond your level or perform movements beyond your skill set. No equipment needed but weights or weighted items are encouraged.​
