Hey gents-- just joined, debating which classes to check out first, online as I live on the east coast. What do you guys recommend for a starter yoga class? Also, interested in the multi-orgasm in man class, as well, though have never participated in something like that, what should I expect if I sign up? Anyone care to share their experiences/recommendations? Thanks all!

Hi! Lots of our classes are good for beginners, like Yin, Rise and Shine, UPlift,, and Immortality. Our instructors aim to provide everyone access to yoga by providing various options for guys of different abilities. Some classes like Bare Flow and Evolution may take a few classes to accommodate to, but well worth the additional challenge! Multi-Orgasmic Man is very popular, as our online opportunity to connect to our powerful sexual energies through breathwork, mindfulness, pleasuring techniques and the chakras, and more. This is of course summer for a large portion of us, including our instructors, who are all taking some time off for a bit. We still have lots to try out, and hope we’ll see you there!
