I felt so ridiculous to myself when I couldn’t hold some positions. I really wish yoga could help me with overall strength and balance. I always work hard to understand and follow the instructions, and even though I want, I can’t put away my glasses because I need to see the instructor’s example for some poses.
I also wonder if it can help me to lose some weight. After more than one year of remote work I feel I have lost my muscle mass (the one I’ve never had) and gained fat... It makes me feel worried but I really don’t know what to do. I hate being neither skinny not beefy. Maybe I need a nutrition specialist as well.
