For me, yoga is about being fully present and savoring the joy of life. We’re constantly running around, achieving, doing - can we take a moment to just be? Connecting with the breath, moving the body, and feeling the body naked are just a few practices that bring me into the moment. Want to meet me there? This practice is more about connecting with the moment than it is about getting your foot behind your ear. For those that want a more physical practice, I offer optional strength and core exercises that will make sure you work up a sweat. The practice is accessible to all levels, including those that have the idea that they might be “bad at yoga,” and will also likely include guided meditation and breath work.
