Service Description
Instructor: Victor and/or Christoph G All Levels Welcome Ⓢtudio and Ⓞnline Discover a new level of self-awareness and sensuality with our Sensual Embodiment Class. Combining Sexual Kung Fu, Erotic Energy, Breathwork, Somatic Approach, Sacred Sexuality and Nervous System Regulation to help you awaken your body and explore your boundaries. Let us help you reach a new level of pleasure and personal growth. Whether you choose to release or practice retention is up to you. Ⓞnline- grab your favorite lube or oil Ⓢtudio-everything you need, including Swiss Navy water-based lube is provided. Please do not bring oils or lotions, as they make our floor slippery. Water-based lube of your preference is ok. Most exercises will be solo, but you will have time after class to play together if you would like.
