Our Yang/Yin class with Myofascial Release is the perfect blend of active and passive postures to help you find balance in your practice. Grab some tennis or lacrosse balls if joining online, and join us for a flow that combines both dynamic and static poses to help you gain flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Let the massage-like effects of the balls soothe away tension and stress on your neck, back, and feet while you work to enhance your practice.
