Open your hips, release your lower back, and work out the kinks in your chest and shoulders. Repair combines yin-style yoga, stress relief techniques, and soft tissue stretching to elongate muscles and reduce pain. You will be encouraged to hold postures (asanas) for longer periods of time. The use of equipment like yoga blocks, pillows, or even rolled-up towels or blankets are encouraged for support.
