Ⓢtudio Suresh is a certified Ayurvedic massage therapist from India, offering traditional Abhyanga-a deeply nourishing full-body massage rooted in ancient Indian healing. This therapy uses five different herbal-infused oils, blended to balance the body's doshas and promote holistic well-being. Abhyanga supports detoxification, improves circulation, calms the nervous system, nourishes the skin, and enhances deep relaxation. Every session with Suresh is a sacred practice designed to restore harmony to your body, mind, and spirit, and Suresh is honored to share this healing tradition with you as part of your wellness journey. You may have to reschedule any appointment that is made with less than 24 hours notice. LA Residents Only-You may also request private instruction at your home for an additional $25. Must be within 10 mile radius of the studio.
