Instructor: Hiram All Levels Welcome Naked or feel free to wear shorts/underwear/jockstrap Sensual Breathwork is a judgment-free partnered or solo workshop that uses breath, touch, and my original album 'Respirae' to circulate sexual energy and awaken your inner fire. Through pranayama and neo-tantric practices, you'll regulate your nervous system and transform raw sensation into vitality. What to Expect We begin with group connection, then move into structured partner work using eye masks, touch, and breath to heighten sensation. You'll partner with several participants throughout a series of guided exercises that progress from consensual connection and exploration into more open group experiences. We close with sharing, integration, and a final breath together. Please arrive freshly showered, wearing deodorant, with clean teeth. Out of respect for others, please avoid wearing cologne or perfume. No experience is necessary. Come solo or with a partner. You'll leave feeling energized, relaxed, and more deeply connected to yourself and the men around you.

Energetic Awareness: The giver pays attention to the recipient's energy, using gentle touch to awaken and circulate the body's life force. This may involve light touches, feather-like strokes, and the use of various techniques to heighten sensory perception. As a former college athlete, I’ll probably work towards a full pancake my entire practice, but I still believe everyone can learn to headstand.
