I have been practicing for over ten years and instructing for the last three. In my classes, you can expect to find poses that support exploration in the flexibility and in strength of balance. As a former college athlete, I’ll probably work towards a full pancake my entire practice, but I still believe everyone can learn to headstand.

In addition to his yoga practice, he has enriched his knowledge by attending tantra workshops in various locations, including the UK and Spain. Furthermore, he holds a massage certification from Healing Hands and has been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 2013. Chris is also a versatile yogi, equally skilled as a writer and artist. He has achieved academic success, having earned a PhD from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MFA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
