Service Description

Instructor: Nicolas Difficulty: ★★☆☆ Ⓞnline and Ⓢtudio This 1 hour and 15-minute session is designed to help you find balance, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Part 1: Harmony Flow (40 minutes) In the first half of the class, we will gracefully flow through a series of accessible yoga postures, focusing on synchronizing movement with breath to cultivate a sense of harmony within the body and mind. This gentle and accessible sequence is suitable for practitioners of all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your journey. As we move through the sequence, you'll be encouraged to: Tune into your breath: Connect with your inhales and exhales, using your breath as a guide for each movement. Cultivate mindfulness: Bring your full attention to the present moment, fostering a sense of mental clarity and relaxation. Build strength and flexibility: Gently engage your muscles and explore your body's range of motion, promoting overall physical well-being. Interlude: Transition to Yin (5 minutes) After the invigorating flow, we'll take a brief moment to center ourselves and prepare for the second half of the class. Part 2: Yin Restoration (30 minutes) Now, it's time to sink into a restorative yin-inspired practice. Yin yoga involves longer holds of passive stretches, targeting the connective tissues and promoting deep relaxation. During this phase of the class, you'll experience: Supported poses: Using props such as bolsters, blocks, and blankets, we'll guide you into poses that encourage relaxation and release. Mindful stillness: Embrace the power of stillness as you settle into each posture, allowing your body to gently open over time. Introspection: With a focus on turning inward, you'll have the opportunity to explore your thoughts, sensations, and emotions. Conclusion: Integration & Savasana (10 minutes) To conclude our session, we'll gradually transition from the yin practice to a final resting pose, Savasana. This ultimate relaxation allows your body to fully integrate the benefits of the practice and offers a space for deep reflection and renewal.
