Service Description
Instructor: Ken All Levels Welcome Studio and Online This one-hour class consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in the same sequence each time in a heated room. While the heat is not a requirement for those at home, it does help the body move easier and deeper in each posture. This is a full body work out focusing on the discipline of stillness; stillness of the eyes, mind and body at the same time to help achieve both mental and physical balance. Each posture is a natural range of motion for the human body and is held in a static hold for a specific amount of time to allow the body to change. This practice is perfect for all levels, suitable for beginners to experienced practitioners. Regular practitioners can expect improvements in flexibility, strength, balance, and mental focus. Due to probability of sweat, a mat towel cover is recommended. No props are used in the 26+2 class.
