Service Description
Instructor: Ky Level: Beginner/Intermediate Studio and Online A new flow for an ancient practice! We focus on alignment and breath, building asana from the ground up. The sequences link sun salutations, twisted standing poses, and deep floor work into rhythmic meditation. Equal parts focused effort and sweet levity, these sessions will build your practice and fill your cup.
Cancel or reschedule from your member portal under 'Manage My Bookings'. Must notify us by email to receive a credit for any cancelation.
No transfers. A 15% service fee will be applied to any returns unless it is due to our error. See special refund info for retreats under retreat tab on site.
