Instructor: Joaquin All levels welcome Studio and Online Vital Current is a men’s practice in sacred nakedness, awakening the life force that moves through root, sacral, and solar plexus chakras or energy centers.. Through energizing breath, and grounded floor work, we build heat and aliveness in the body’s lower centers. Then we surrender into deep yin holds, allowing that awakened current to settle, integrate, and expand. This is a container for presence, sensation, and personal power — not performance
