Instructor: Christopher Difficulty: ★☆☆☆ Ⓢ Studio Explore the depths of your practice in all new ways with this partnering yoga class. Come with a friend and practice together, or come by yourself and learn exciting new poses with new friends in the class. Not only will you create fun and unique shapes that feel amazing, you'll experience trust and vulnerability, and gain a deepeer awareness of where your body is moving through space and time. Having some yoga experience helpful. As with all of our partnering classes, we kindly request that all students come to class freshly showered and with teeth brushed out of respect (Saucha). This is a Ⓢ Studio class only.
