Hey, I'm Bob! My classes are modeled after my favorite Hatha teacher and incorporate my focuses on openness and balance. I have been practicing for over ten years and instructing for the last three.
In my classes, you can expect to find poses that support exploration in the flexibility and in strength of balance. As a former college athlete, I’ll probably work towards a full pancake my entire practice, but I still believe everyone can learn to headstand.
