Chris is a dedicated yogi and instructor, focusing on the practice of dynamic and powerful yoga. He received his 200-hour teacher training certification from Inner Dimension Academy, under the guidance of renowned YouTube yoga personality, Travis Eliot. In addition to his yoga practice, he has enriched his knowledge by attending tantra workshops in various locations, including the UK and Spain. Furthermore, he holds a massage certification from Healing Hands and has been practicing Transcendental Meditation since 2013. Chris is also a versatile yogi, equally skilled as a writer and artist. He has achieved academic success, having earned a PhD from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MFA from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
