Spring Equinox is upon us, so it’s time to come out of hibernation! As nature wakes up from a deep rest, so do WE, and it’s time to harness that sacred life-force energy and enter the season of fire, re-birth and growth! Join Daniele and Richard and Coach Coco for 90 minutes of breathwork, easy asana, sexual kung fu and a hot, steamy edging ritual to get your batteries charged for the Sunny days ahead!

In this solo workshop, we’ll invite, encourage and coach you to get intimate with yourself.

We will practice:

1. Breath-work & acupressure to prepare your body and open the energy channels
2. Sexual Kung Fu techniques to raise your vibration
3. Lingam massage and multi-climactic edging in a group setting
4. Sun Salutations to move positive energy throughout your whole body
5. Meditation and relaxation to finish feeling envigorated, viral and inspire-gized for Spring!

We will also be available for questions and sharing afterward to those who want to connect and digest in a safe group setting.
