1st class ever
My 1st ever yoga class was fun! ❤️ Yin.
I did discover I'm not as flexible as I thought I was esp when it came to those more exaggerated poses & even more so in the poses leading up to the Shoelace pose.
I learned alot! Time to shower again. Guten Abend Alle!
