Immortality with a Thursday Moose
Wow, the words “relaxing” and “workout” may seem at odds, but thanks to Moose and his talents, relaxing AND workout is what I experienced! This is my third class with Moose and I am pleased at how distinct and well-curated each class is. I appreciate his gentle invitation to assume poses and take breaths and join him on a mindful adventure. And what a soothing voice he has! Two of my favorite poses from this class were melting heart and humble warrior.
