Friday night marked my second Immortality class with Moose. The studio was a full vibe. The psychedelic, morphing projection on the front-facing wall, and delicious incense, set an inspiring tone for the night's practice. Last night's flow was a tune-up for my spine. Lots of focus on shoulder and back health. We used straps and blocks. Moose's deep, resonant, and confident voice guided us through the flow, offering modifications with such attention to detail. He commands the attention of both online and studio participants with ease.
