Just Get Naked
Visiting from out of town and took the 'Just get Naked' Class with Christopher. Great class and as much as I was aching afterwards, it felt great to relax and unwind for an hour with friends.

Hey Bobby, I’m happy you were able to jump in the studio to join me for Just Get Naked. I know I put you through the wringer with our Compass peak pose! It’s all about working out way slowly through each step and getting our bodies used to the sensations of the setup. You did wonderfully! Hopper to see you again soon.
