Perfectly located where Beverly Hills, West Hollywood and Los Angeles all meet in a quite luxurious neighborhood next door to the Four Seasons Residence. Perfect location for walking to local bars, restaurants and shopping, as well as Cedars-Sinai Hospital. One year lease required. Rent includes all bills plus bi-weekly house keeping and laundry service. Building amenities include onsite gym, pool, sauna and laundry room. PLEASE NOTE THE ROOM IS NOT FURNISHED.
About Me:
I am a gay male professional in the luxury interior design industry. I am also a yoga teacher and an artist. I eat and cook vegetarian. I love people, cultures, travel, art, architecture, hiking, the beach and dinner parties. My home is a happy place that I take pride in; it’s usually fairly quite with me meditating or reading, but is also a perfect place to host close friends, listen to music and watch tv. I host RuPaul’s DragRace viewing parties once a month. I’d prefer to live with another like minded gay man who works outside of the apartment, someone who is mentally and physically healthy, is OK with no meat in the house, clean and considerate. Also, I’m not a pot head but do enjoy a cocktail and a smoke.
